Your Safe Haven

Your Safe Haven

KL Serviced Residences continues to provide you with the service you know and love, while enhancing our cleaning & disinfection protocols to ensure the safety of our guests, our employees, and the community.

Your Safety is of Utmost Importance:

  • Guests and employees are required to wear a face mask. A “no face mask, no entry” policy is being enforced at the hotel.
  • Upon arrival, the guest’s temperature will be checked by our security personnel, and luggage will be disinfected. For the safety of our guests and employees, guests will not be allowed to check-in if their temperature is at 37.5°C.
  • All guest rooms, common areas, back of the house, and any high-touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected with Lysol products to ensure a higher standard of protection for all our valued guests.
  • Lysol has trained our employees on the proper use of their products based on the best practices of their global headquarters.
  • Aside from this, we are continuing the use of UV light machines, misting machines, and other sanitary precautions in order to keep you safe at all times.

Based on the latest IATF Omnibus Guidelines, only the following guests are allowed to stay at our hotel during Community Quarantine:

  • Distressed Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) — refers to any OFW eligible to avail of accommodation assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) pursuant to relevant OWWA guidelines and issuances;

  • Other Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) — Refers to Filipino citizens who are returning to the Philippines from abroad (OFWs, returning students, J1 visa holders, diplomats, tourists, participants of government programs, dependents and accompanying foreign spouses of the foregoing);

For Inbound Passengers Requiring Quarantine

Based on the guidelines issued by the Department of Tourism, the IATF for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases and the Bureau of Quarantine, single occupancy stays should be observed. Exceptions for double occupancy may apply if the guest belongs to any of the profiles mentioned above and are able to provide the requirements listed:

1. Families from the same household traveling together

 •  Copy of ID’s with the same home address;

 •  Proof of billing including both guest names or Affidavit confirming that both guests belong to the same household

 •  Copy of ID reflecting the birth date of the minor

3. Guests such as Senior Citizens and/or travelers with medical emergencies:

 •  Copy of Senior Citizen/PWD ID;

 •  Medical Certificate indicating chronic medical illness

If none of the above profiles apply, the guest may try and seek approval from the Bureau of Quarantine by providing the complete profile details and reason for room share request. The request should be sent to the email address that corresponds to the airport the guest will arrive at:

 •  Arrival at Terminal 1 - boq.naia.t1@gmail.com

 •  Arrival at Terminal 2 - boq.naia.t2@gmail.com

 •  Arrival at Terminal 3 - bureauofquarantine.t3@gmail.com

Please be advised that check-in may be denied if the guest does not belong to any of the profiles the Hotel is allowed to accept and/or if the guest is unable to complete all the necessary documentation/requirements.

RT-PCR Test Reminders

1. The release of RT-PCR test results may be delayed, in which case the guest is required to extend their quarantine stay at the guest’s expense until the result becomes available.

2. The hotel has no control over the timeliness of the release of RT-PCR test results as this procedure is under the Philippine government’s management. As advised by the Department of Tourism, travellers should ensure that they present a BOQ and DOT VALIDATED QR Code from the Airport. Unvalidated QR Codes may result in the delay of the RT-PCR test schedule and release.
