Great location and kind staff.
I stayed for 4 nights during my travels in Manila. Located in Makati, the hotel was just about a 5-minute walk to Greenbelt Mall with a 7/11 right next to the hotel. I didn't feel any danger around the hotel even at night since there were many people exercising or walking their dogs in the nearby park. The kind staff always opened the door at the entrance. The room had a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and cutlery. The price was completely reasonable for this level of comfort. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Manila next.

Best place we've stayed in Makati
Starting with Jeg at the front desk welcoming my wife and I. All of the staff have been warm and inviting, always greeting you with a smile. If we needed anything they were very quick to take care of it. The pool was always sparkling clean and the perfect temperature to feel refreshing after a warm day in the city. The sauna was an added plus to help cleanse the mind and body. There is even the opportunity to enjoy the balcony if you ask.

Had a wonderful stay at KL Serviced Residences. The room was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. Housekeeping consistently did an excellent job keeping the room spotless. The reception and security staff were always friendly, courteous, and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. I also appreciated the safe, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere of the property. The location was very convenient, with restaurants, shopping areas, and parks all within walking distance. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again.
